I’m a firm believer that prevention is better than cure. So as we enter Autumn here in Australia, I thought I’d start giving my immune system a boost with this yummy green smoothie.

  • 60g avocado (small one)
  • 60g mango
  • 60g baby spinach (very large handful)
  • 150ml Coconut Water
  • 150ml Water
  • Zinc drops

If you are new to green smoothies you might find this a bit much!  Simply replace some of the avocado with extra mango.

If you prefer a thicker drink, lessen the water to about 100ml.
