I prefer smoothies to juices because you get all the goodness including the fibre which so many of us have low daily intakes of. Helps keep you regular and your good bacteria happy. 🙂
Immune booster Ingredients:
- 1 medium beetroot
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium apple
- 6cm celery
- 1-2 cm ginger
- generous squeeze of lime
- 12 ice cubes
- 50-100ml water (depending on desired consistency)
Pop everything into your blender and whizz until it’s smooth.
